At Superior Barn Painting we have the experience, tools, and materials necessary to offer Liquid Rubber coating services for barn, commercial, and industrial roofs, bins, and other structures in the London area and throughout southwestern Ontario.
What is Liquid Rubber?
Liquid Rubber is a water-based sealant that can be applied directly over most surfaces, including:
Flat or sloped roofs
Polyurethane
Rippled, flat, or rounded metal
Asbestos panels
Concrete
Wood
We apply it with an airless sprayer up to a 30 mm thickness, which will dry to a clear, dry film of 0.75mm thickness.
Why Apply Liquid Rubber Coating?
The A-205 Liquid Rubber sealant that we use provides a long-term waterproofing solution where temperatures vary from -40 degrees Celsius to +40 degrees Celsius or more. It is a flexible coating that expands and contracts with the weather, thereby preventing cracks, holes, and other deficiencies from forming. When applied to metal, Liquid Rubber coating will protect from rusting. It seals all air and water leaks and helps keep goods, including stored crops, from spoilage.
